Mr. Zhang has over 35 years of experience working in the Chinese petroleum industry. He is a geophysicist and has had a long career with CNOOC, including 13 years as CNOOC Shanghai’s Vice President and 4 years as CNOOC’s Chief Representative to USA, and has considerable experience in offshore oil and gas exploration and developments, particularly in the East China Sea. Mr. Zhang joined Primeline in June 2011.
