CORRECTION TO: Primeline Energy Holdings Inc. Chairman Increases shareholder position in the Company
Hong Kong, November 21, 2008 - CORRECTION - Further to the announcement disseminated today at 9:00 a.m. ET, Mr. Victor Hwang’s purchase of 3,027,100 common shares of Primeline Energy Holdings Inc. was not “completed by pre-arranged cross of the shares on the TSX Venture Exchange”; therefore, that statement should have been omitted. The balance of the announcement is accurate.
The press release, and this correction, were issued pursuant to Section 5.2(2) of Multilateral Instrument 62-104, which also requires a report to be filed with regulatory authorities containing additional information with respect to the foregoing matters (the “Early Warning Report”).
